What we collect

When you book a pickup we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details (pickup windows, bag counts, weights, and notes you leave us). That is what we need to pick up, clean, deliver, and charge for your laundry. Nothing more.

Payment information

Your card is stored and charged by our payment processor, Square. Our own systems keep only the card brand and last four digits so you can recognize your card. We never see or store full card numbers or security codes.

Text messages (SMS program)

When you check the SMS consent box during booking at pairedsocks.com, you agree to receive order-status text messages from Paired Socks: booking confirmations, pickup reminders, weigh-in receipts, and delivery updates. Message frequency varies with your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent applies to order messages only; we do not send marketing texts. Full program terms: pairedsocks.com/terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How we use your information

To run your orders, text you about them, charge the card you saved, and improve the service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who make the service work (payment processing with Square, text delivery with Twilio), who may use it only for that purpose.

Your choices

Text or email us to update your details or ask us to delete your account information. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages (we may still need to contact you about an active order by phone).
