Paired Socks is a laundry pickup and delivery service operated by JCRS Coin Laundry LLC, 6461 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood, CO 80214. Booking a pickup means you agree to these terms. Last updated September 3, 2026.
The service
We pick up your laundry during the window you book, wash, dry, and fold it, and deliver it back, normally the next day. Service is available in the Denver-metro ZIP codes shown at booking.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is per pound at the rate posted on pairedsocks.com, with a posted per-pickup minimum and any options you select (such as premium detergent). Because pricing is by weight, your card is saved at booking and charged after your laundry is weighed at pickup. You receive a text receipt with the exact amount. Payments are processed by Square.
Cancellations, deliveries, lost items
Cancellation and rescheduling (free until midnight the night before pickup), doorstep-delivery authorization, and our lost and damaged item policy (report within 4 days; reimbursement up to $50 per item and $250 per order) are set out in full at pairedsocks.com/policies, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amounts in the lost and damaged item policy. We are not responsible for items excluded there (pocket contents, dry-clean-only, heavily soiled, or irreplaceable items). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Colorado law, which governs these terms.
SMS program terms (Paired Socks order updates)
By checking the SMS consent box at booking, you agree to receive recurring order-status text messages from Paired Socks at the mobile number you provide: booking confirmations, pickup reminders, weigh-in receipts, and delivery updates.
- Message frequency varies with your orders (typically 2 to 5 messages per order).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or text us at (983) 955-7227.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services beyond the order notifications themselves; if you opt out, we will contact you about active orders by phone instead.
How we handle your information, including that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, is described in our privacy policy.
